Final Thought:

Being citizens of this country, what pinches the most is the tag of Illegal residency. Therefore, to ease this suffering of many people who have been branded with different titles by successive governments, the concerned authorities must finish what it projected while announcing this scheme.

Indian citizens appreciated this move of the Modi government, and it is a source of comfort for as many as 50 lakh people. However, the process has recently slowed down a bit; and has only authorized only 2500 properties till now. To reach the set target of legalizing 1731 unregistered colonies, the government needs to take some quick steps.

As the initiative delayed is initiative denied; therefore, the Modi government and the processing machinery need to pick up its pace so that all those waiting in the queue to get their houses, plots, or flats registered can get some news of relief ASAP.
